We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as payment methods including Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Pay Later Services (ex: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay…etc). Please note, a $15 fee will be applied to Pay Later Services (ex: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay…etc) for orders when the cart subtotal (before tax, shipping, service fees, and any discounts) is less than $250.
Our order processing time is always displayed as a store notice at the top of each page on our website. Please review it before completing your purchase.
All order are shipped from our location in Montreal (Qc). We offer delivery through major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and Purolator with Standard/Ground Services without signature. We do not ship to PO Box mails and we do not use Canada Posts services. For express services please use UPS Expedited or Express. Signature Confirmation on Delivery is an optional service that you can select when you checkout.

Our fragrances are blended and packaged in Montreal, Canada, using carefully selected materials from North America.
Unlike generic, one-size-fits-all formulas, our fragrance oils are expertly reformulated to suit specific applications. Each type—ultrasonic, reed diffuser, or spray—is engineered for optimal performance in its intended base. This tailored approach ensures superior scent diffusion, reliable device compatibility, and a consistently high-quality aromatic experience.
We use high-quality ingredients that are phthalate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and vegan. Our formulations are designed to be as clean and gentle as possible, without harsh ingredients. With a good variety of premium scents, we’re committed to providing a refined aromatic experience that’s both effective and responsible.

Pets—especially cats, birds, and small animals—can be more sensitive to fragrances than humans. While many pet owners use our products without issues, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping pets out of direct contact with the oils.
No, some formulations may include bio-ethanol—a plant-derived, more eco-friendly alternative—to help with scent diffusion. We carefully balance our ingredients to ensure a clean, effective scent throw without the harshness of conventional alcohol.
While some scents may include essential oil components, our formulas are primarily crafted with premium synthetic fragrance oils to ensure safety, consistency, and optimal performance in each application—whether it’s for ultrasonic diffusers, reed diffusers, or room sprays
Fragrance oils offer greater versatility, scent variety, and stability compared to essential oils. While essential oils are natural, they can be inconsistent in scent strength, may not diffuse evenly, and aren’t always safe for all applications or devices. Also, this allows us to offer larger variety of scents while avoiding common issues like clogging, poor diffusion, or rapid scent fading.
Add 5–10 drops per 100 ml of water in your ultrasonic diffuser. Our Ultrasonic line is formulated for light viscosity and excellent atomization without using thick oils, which can damage diffuser plates.
No. Each product is made for a specific diffusion medium. Reed diffuser oils are thicker and may clog ultrasonic devices. Always choose the version intended for your type of diffuser.
Our fragrance oils are specifically formulated for use in ultrasonic diffusers, reed diffuser refills, and room sprays. They are not tested or recommended for use in products like candles, soap, or incense. The base ingredients and formulation are tailored for air diffusion and may not perform safely or effectively in high-heat or skin-contact applications. For DIY projects like candle or soap making, we recommend sourcing fragrance oils that are specifically designed and tested for those purposes.
