Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility located in Montreal, Quebec (Canada).

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, shipping destination, and delivery speed of your order. While we strive to keep our rates up to date, they are subject to change by the postal carriers. Any rate adjustments will be reflected at checkout before you finalize your order.

Shipping Options
All shipping options displayed during checkout are for ground/standard service, without signature confirmation or insurance. We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, GLS, and other local delivery companies to process and ship your orders. You can select the delivery method that best suits your needs at checkout.

Mailbox Addresses
We do not ship to mailbox addresses, as our shipping services do not include Canada Post.

Order Processing Time
Please note that our current processing time is displayed at the top of each page in the notice band. This processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare and package your order before it is handed over to the carrier for shipping.

Tracking Information
Once your shipping label is created and your package is ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

International Orders
For orders outside of Canada, all customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions regarding customs fees, please contact your carrier directly.

Delays and Carrier Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, please note that postal carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Delays can be caused by inclement weather, high shipping volumes, or seasonal rushes, especially during the holidays. Once your package departs from our facility and is in the carrier’s hands, we relinquish responsibility for any delays, damages, or losses. In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier’s customer service as soon as possible.

Free Shipping Policy for Retail Items
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on retail items within select locations.
Look for products marked with the green “RETAIL” label or those that include “Free Shipping” in the product title.

Eligible Locations for Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to major areas in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. However, the following postal codes are excluded from this offer:

  • Quebec: G0G, G0H, J0M, J0Y
  • Ontario: P0T, P0V, P0W, P7A, P8N, P9A

Exclusions Locations for Free Shipping
Please note that free shipping is not available for locations outside of the listed postal codes in Quebec and Ontario, as well as to other provinces or regions.
