Mit einem Kauf in unserem Geschäft bestätigen und stimmen Sie zu, diese Richtlinie einzuhalten.

-All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchange or offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase.

-Cancellations before shipping will incur a 10% processing fee (including shipping and taxes) and a $20 CAD restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from any refund. If your order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, refused delivery, unclaimed packages, or carrier-related issues, you will be charged the return fee. Reshipping will require payment of new shipping costs. In the event of a cancellation, the original shipping fee, return shipping costs, processing fee, and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

-We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit by the carrier. In such cases, we do not offer replacements. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for any lost or damaged items.

-We encourage customers to carefully inspect their order upon receipt, including weekends and holidays, and report any missing items or discrepancies in quantity within 15 days. To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide clear photos of the shipment when submitting a report for missing items or quantities.
